My Year of Reflection + What I Learned in My First Year Full-Time in My Business 

First off, I wanna define what full-time is for me... I never worked more than 15 hour weeks because here's the thing, I have four kids under four, and they're my priority!!

That doesn't mean that you can't run a wildly profitable business. 

The three biggest ways that I'm creating income in my business right now are passive courses, group programmes, and my one-on-one services. 

My one-on-one containers… that is where my sustainability comes in for income. When I sign someone into a two to six month programme, I can see my income coming in for the next two to six months. I ensure that my clients feel very respected and very taken care of because that's the exchange I desire to have. 

Now, when it comes to passive and group programmes, this is what I do: I LOVE creating passive courses!! 

I'm a really big fan of getting paid while I do things, and what a better way to do that than creating a group programme.

You'll actually notice almost every single video I do, gets turned into some form of passive content.

I love having a really good funnel sequence. Typically for a financial funnel sequence, your starting point is some sort of nurture space. I LOVE doing this on Instagram.

You should go to my highlights and pick any of them, and it's a good little training series for you. 

This is going to be the strategy for YOU. 

You're one-on-one in your services. I personally have a three month container with my social media management. So I'm not gambling if this is going to be the right thing. 

It relieved a lot of stress from my end knowing I could guarantee that for the next three months we would be working together, whether it's payment plans or if they paid me in full, I can reserve my ENERGY for them… And I know that I'm not having to scramble to get my next client!!!

Then my passive offers, my courses, my group programmes, all of that good stuff are infusions of income. 

I used to have this deep rooted fear….

If I didn't show up every single day, my business would fall apart.

People would forget about me.

What really happened is my business flourished when I took more time off.

When I was able to respect my boundaries, when I knew and I could rely on the fact my business wasn't going anywhere, nor was I, and honestly showing up consistently.

But truthfully, when you're talking about the exact thing that they need, their exact problems and having a solution for it, and you're being authentic, you're showing the deep parts of you that they can resonate with, it's a no-brainer. 

You need to be able to visualize the dream and the desire of what you want in order to have it. It's not your business to really worry about the how, but it's your business to worry about; can this be possible for me?

Can I imagine myself having it? 

I want you to begin visualizing that you open up your wallet and there's a thousand dollars in there every single day. How would that feel? Begin envisioning, and don't be afraid to desire more!!

I co-create with God. God seriously has my back, is what I always remind myself. He is so powerful. I do my part. I take the aligned action and I trust that He moves miracles…

He moves the right people into my space, which is so crazy. That is a true miracle to me. And I hold space for miracles. 

The way that I do that is I DREAM and I DESIRE and I'm not afraid to call what is mine. 

The other thing that I've incorporated is always putting my family first and reprogramming my brain. This requires so much faith. It stretches you to the point you think you might break, and then you've realized the strength, the truth and the power that you've always had. 

It's reprogramming into a new belief and choosing to implement that said belief in taking action so that I can truly be grateful in every season of life, and I can truly be happy.
